How regional work is scheduled
By appointment, with travel agreed at referral.
When a referral comes in we confirm the scope in writing, agree travel with the referrer at the time of referral, and set interview dates to fit the written notice the insurer gives the worker. Worker interviews are held at a place the worker nominates; employer and witness interviews are usually at the workplace. Where a matter needs several interviews or an inspection in the same region, we plan them as one trip. Travel times shown on our location pages are approximate driving times from Newcastle.
The same limits apply everywhere we work. Surveillance is conducted only in or from public places, only of the worker named in the referral, and without inducement, entrapment or trespass. Aerial capture is flown with the consent of the landowner or occupier and is not used to watch or follow people. Reports record what was said, what was inspected and what the documents show, and offer no opinion on medical questions, capacity or liability.
